ML4EO 2025 is an in-person event to promote discussion and networking. Registration is mandatory for participation. Even though the conference is UK-based, we welcome participants from any geographic location! 

Pricing:

Regular: £160

Early birds*: £130

Students**: £68

Industry sponsorship***: £200

1-day rate: £60

1-day rate and dinner on day 2: £85 

Fees do not include accommodation.

* Early bird is available on a first come, first served basis. Please check the registration link for availability.

** We offer a limited number of conference grants for students (up to a maximum of £150 per applicant). These are intended to assist with either travel or registration requirements to attend the conference. Please email ei-network@exeter.ac.uk for further information.

** An industry sponsorship ticket provides you a regular ticket, an exhibition desk during the conference, and the opportunity to feature your logo on our website (please contact us)

Data Protection and Privacy

• To aid organisation of this event, attendee information may be shared with relevant staff in the University e.g. a list of attendees could be provided to the University host, guest speaker.
• We will store your information securely, so that we can communicate to you about the event (e.g. cancellation of event, changes to the itinerary, a satisfaction survey).
• We delete our access to personal information on Eventbrite after 6 months.
